Notice and Rescheduling of Missed lessons
- A minimum forty-eight hours notice is required to reschedule a lesson. In the event of sudden illness we will accept 24 hours notice. (For example: if your lesson is at 3:00 on Thursday, the studio needs to be informed by 3:00 on Tuesday to reschedule--3:00 on Wed. for sudden illness.) Please cancel by telephone not email.
- Lessons cancelled with insufficient notice will not be made-up by the instructor.
- Any lessons cancelled by the instructor will be made up at a time mutually agreed upon with the student.
